After completing a master’s degree in both graphic design and screenwriting from the prestigious art school Penninghen in Paris and UCLA Film School in Los Angeles, Shaun now divides his time between feature work and advertising campaigns whilst winning a few awards on the way.
Shaun integrated the creative team at Mikros MPC in 2019 and has worked on various projects for Thomson, Yoplait, France Televisions and Duracell. Despite working full-time at The Mill/Mikros MPC, Shaun continues to teach filmmaking at Penninghen and is an acclaimed film director, working between advertising and fictional work for French Television.
Within the industry Shaun is known as a creative “swiss army knife” most recognized for writing, directing, lighting, and editing. Shaun brings the best of both worlds and has an in-depth knowledge of the new technologies available in-house. Shaun was instrumental in Directing Duracell’s latest campaign through the game engine, Unreal. This required developing a new form of storytelling with tools that were advanced specifically for the client.
