Maruf joined The Mill’s award-winning colour department in 2016 as a Colour Assistant.
Since Marufs promotion from Colour Assistant to Junior Colourist in 2020, and then to Colourist in 2024, he has established himself as a top industry talent, listed as a finalist for Most Promising Colourist in the 2024 Creative Circle Awards. Now Lending his unique style too a multitude of different genres & mediums, Maruf has worked alongside global brands such as Burberry, John Lewis, Cartier, Bvlgari, Samsung, Palace, Adidas, and Amazon, just to name a few.
