Shot in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Madrid and Shanghai - This worldwide campaign directed by Iconoclast's Manu Cossu and created by Johannes Leonardo's duet Wes Phelan & Matt Edwards is nothing short of a wild ride.
The idea of evolution through revolution takes us through a frantic journey across multiple levels where we meet a vibrant crew of creative influencers, thus emphasizing that creativity is never finished. The spot features the likes of A$AP Ferg, Playboi Carti, Dua Lipa, Kaytranada, Adrianne Ho, Nick Young and Miles Silvas, to name a few.
The project provided several challenges to the team but in the end the lyrics, 'keep pushing on, things are gonna get better', from the track, were a real source of inspiration as they completed this project. 2D lead artist Antoine Douadi comments "Crossing the line between advertising and music video, we assembled multiple layers of rotoscoped plates along with a few CG augmentations, all inspired by an edit that was getting richer in intensity with every new version."
